How I Work
From inception to execution, collaboration is key to enhancing any project. Many hands make light work when you avoid micromanagement and trust your team to understand and execute. Truly effective collaboration requires crystal clear communication that is open and ongoing, space to stay flexible and allow for experimentation, and a curiosity that lets every obstacle become a learning experience.
My greatest skill as a project lead is that I see the Big Picture and understand how the smaller parts need to move to make it happen. I anchor a project by holding the main objectives sacred but giving flexibility to the details.

A confident delegator, I quickly identify the skills in others and give them space to let them shine. By clearly communicating the core of what we are doing and trusting my team to understand me, I avoid micro management and allow new viewpoints and experimentations to seep in. Effective collaboration is all about getting clear on the priorities while staying open to new viewpoints and ideas.
